Founder | Principal Advisor

Anderson began his career in the financial services sector, gaining deep expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, and risk management. Today, he serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of a public-listed company (PLC), giving him first-hand insights into boardroom dynamics, regulatory compliance, and shareholder value creation. Anderson also contributes to national-level policy development, having co-led a strategic proposal to establish a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and International Financial Centre (IFC) in Northern Malaysia — a project designed to drive regional economic transformation through public-private collaboration.

Beyond the corporate world, he sits on the Advisory Board of a leading public university, where he mentors future leaders and supports entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives. With a deep passion in strategy, Anderson has partnered with visionary leaders across Asia, Europe and the Middle East to architect IPO readiness, design growth strategies, and future-proof organizations for long-term success.

Paul H.

Paul brings with him a unique blend of front-line financial markets expertise and hands-on corporate experience, having worked across the full spectrum — from originating deals for an investment bank, to executing deals for a venture capital fund, to analyzing and spotting investment opportunities in PLCs.

Driven by a deep passion in integrating finance and strategy — advising and partnering with leaders and investors on building success stories. Paul believes forward-looking strategic planning paired with strong corporate finance foundations are the keys to unlocking long-term value.
